We will create a detailed email journey map that outlines the path your subscribers will take from the initial email to conversion and beyond. We will identify the key touch points, content needs, and data triggers. We will also provide recommendations for A/B testing.

Strategy & Map Presentation

A 30-minute session to review the journey strategy and map and answer any questions you have.

What if I need you to implement the journeys after the session?

While our goal is for you to be able to implement the strategy in your email marketing platform, building journeys is our core offering, and we can do everything from writing the copy to building the emails and implementing your journey. If you choose to have us implement the journey strategy for you, 50% of your Customer Journey Strategy & Planning cost will be applied to that project.

How long does this engagement take?

We estimate six business days from the initial 30-minute Strategic Consultation until your strategy and map are ready for the Strategy Presentation.
